London is known as the capital of England and the United Kingdom. London is a very busy city. United Kingdom is always complicated for those who do not live there, as the country is divided in different part and for other countries all of them are English even they live in Scotland, Ireland, United Kingdom, England or Great Britain. London is a multicultural city with a large number religions and culture. The city has four World Heritage Sites which are the Palace of Westminster, the historic settlement of Greenwich, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and the Tower of London. The history of the capital city of United Kingdom stays a mystery. It is said that the city got its name from King Lud who took over the city and named it Kaerlud which was slurred to Kaerludein and got it final name London. In 1666 the Great Fire of London destroyed a large part of the city. London itself has different part; one very known part is the city of London which is within Greater London in England.
